小膠質細胞是**神經系統中的膠質細胞類型之一,是神經膠質細胞網絡的重要組成部分。小膠質細胞出現在大腦由發育早期向成熟階段轉化的過程中,被認為是大腦免疫監視的主要細胞。小膠質細胞也表達?II類主要組織相容性復合體(MHC?II),向CD4陽性T細胞呈遞抗原,并能進行Fc段介導的胞吞作用,并且與造血細胞和組織巨噬細胞分享多種抗原。在大腦發育或**神經系統受傷發生程序性細胞死亡后,小膠質細胞能被激活。做為大腦的巨噬細胞清除組織碎片,受損細胞或微生物。另外,有大量的證據表明,小膠質細胞參與多種的生理和病理過程,它們通過與神經元和其它膠質細胞共同作用,產生諸如生長因子、細胞因子等活性物質來完成以上功能。
ScienCell實驗室的HM提取自大腦皮層,原代凍存,冰凍運輸。每管細胞密度超過1×106/ml。細胞經OX-42(CD11b/c)和F4/80免疫熒光鑒定。本細胞經檢測不含HIV-1,?HBV,?HCV,?支原體,?細菌,?酵母菌和真菌。如采用ScienCell?實驗室特制的培養基,可保證此細胞生長良好。HM不推薦增值培養。
