		 毛乳頭是細胞中高活性的團體。它來源于真皮的間葉細胞，位于毛囊的基部。毛乳頭能控制頭發生長周期，誘導表皮毛囊發育并生成毛發纖維。培養早期，毛乳頭細胞能誘導毛發體外生長，但進一步培養，該特性消失。毛發生長受到毛囊細胞與間葉上皮細胞間相互作用的調節。例如：毛乳頭細胞分泌的β干擾素抑制體外培養中外根鞘細胞的生長。毛乳頭細胞的存在也受到信號轉導途徑的影響，激活的ERK和Akt促進毛乳頭細胞的存活。
      
 人毛乳頭細胞提取于人毛乳頭組織，一代凍存。每管含有細胞數>5x10^5cells/ml，此細胞通過纖維粘連蛋白和CD105免疫熒光染色驗證，經測試不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原體、細菌、酵母和真菌。細胞可以達到15倍增。

		Hi, I saw the subculturing method and I understood about poly L lysine 
coating for maintaining the cells. And I'm wondering if I have to do 
coating with poly L lysine even in a 96 well plate for some kinds of

						Yes, poly-l-lysine must be used to, especially for a 96-well plate. 
Primary cells generally need a substrate to attach to and the TC coating
 on the plate or flask is usually not sufficient. Sometimes attachment 
on 96 –well plates can be challenging, so we would definitely recommend
