人淋巴成纖維細(xì)胞提取于人淋巴結(jié)組織,原代凍存。每管含有細(xì)胞數(shù)>5x10^5cells/ml,此細(xì)胞通過(guò)纖維粘連蛋白免疫熒光染色驗(yàn)證,經(jīng)測(cè)試不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原體、細(xì)菌、酵母和真菌。細(xì)胞可以達(dá)到15倍增。
