      人心臟成纖維細胞 HCF  的詳細介紹
      心臟成纖維細胞為心肌細胞提供結構支持,并負責在生長和病理生理條件下心肌細胞外基質的合成。CF是心肌損傷反應的重要細胞成分和旁分泌生長因子的來源。CF的增殖和基質合成對于心肌梗塞、心肌纖維化部位瘢痕形成具有重要作用。CF的培養已被廣泛應用為生理(運動)和病理(高血壓)應激下心臟基質重塑研究的模型。
      Sciencell研究實驗室的HCF是從人心臟分離得到的,原代凍存,冰凍運輸。每管細胞密度超過5×10^5/ml。細胞特性經纖維粘連蛋白免疫熒光鑒定。本細胞經檢測不含HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原體、細菌、酵母菌和真菌。如采用ScienCell 實驗室特制的培養基,可保證此細胞15倍增增殖。
