      人視網(wǎng)膜色素上皮細(xì)胞 HRPEpiC  的詳細(xì)介紹
      視網(wǎng)膜是位于眼睛后部的多層結(jié)構(gòu)。它包括感光細(xì)胞和視網(wǎng)膜色素上皮細(xì)胞(RPEpiC)。RPEpiC位于神經(jīng)視網(wǎng)膜和脈絡(luò)膜之間,形成視網(wǎng)膜外屏障,控制著視網(wǎng)膜下腔的化學(xué)構(gòu)成。人們發(fā)現(xiàn)RPEpiC內(nèi)有許多特定偏振分布的細(xì)胞內(nèi)蛋白質(zhì)。與其他上皮細(xì)胞通常頂生面沒有基質(zhì)相比,RPEpiC的頂生面胞膜是與細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)相接觸的。RPEpiC在調(diào)節(jié)相鄰的感光膜周轉(zhuǎn)、維生素A的代謝、保護(hù)細(xì)胞內(nèi)黑色素所致的視網(wǎng)膜光損害中起關(guān)鍵作用。RPEpiC與很多視網(wǎng)膜疾病的發(fā)病相關(guān),如增殖性視網(wǎng)膜病變和年齡相關(guān)性黃斑變性。
      Sciencell研究實(shí)驗(yàn)室的HRPEpiC是從人視網(wǎng)膜分離得到的,原代凍存,冰凍運(yùn)輸。每管細(xì)胞密度超過5×10^5/ml。細(xì)胞特性經(jīng)cytokeratine -18, -19和纖維粘連蛋白免疫熒光鑒定。本細(xì)胞經(jīng)檢測不含HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原體、細(xì)菌、酵母菌和真菌。如采用ScienCell 實(shí)驗(yàn)室特制的培養(yǎng)基,可保證此細(xì)胞10倍增增殖。

      Regarding Human Retinal Pigment Epithelial Cells Catalog #6540 Are the cells from a single human donor or multiple in a pool? If single donor, can one order vials from a few donors to compare? Can you provide a list of available donors and their characteristics? I have read the following paper where this product is used and they make the comment that they conducted their work with hRPEpC in multiple donors. Toxicol Sci. 2015 Mar;144(1):163-72. Retinal Toxicity, in vivo and in vitro, Associated with Inhibition of Nicotinamide Phosphoribosyltransferase.
