      間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)基 MSCM  的詳細(xì)介紹
      間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)基是專(zhuān)門(mén)為人類(lèi)間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞體外培養(yǎng)所設(shè)計(jì)的、*適合其生長(zhǎng)的培養(yǎng)基。是經(jīng)滅菌的液體培養(yǎng)基,包含必需和非必需氨基酸、維生素、有機(jī)和無(wú)機(jī)化合物、激素、生長(zhǎng)因子、微量礦物質(zhì)和低濃度胎牛血清(5%)。該培養(yǎng)基緩沖體系為重碳酸鹽,在含5%CO2的細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)箱中平衡后pH值為7.4。該培養(yǎng)基的配方能夠選擇性的促進(jìn)正常人類(lèi)微血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞體外培養(yǎng)中的增殖和生長(zhǎng),并為其達(dá)到*理想營(yíng)養(yǎng)平衡狀態(tài)提供數(shù)量上和質(zhì)量上的保證。
